As long as he's not an off field problem, we don't have enough bodies and there aren't enough guys on the market to get upset over the specific guys being brought in.
He's got some experience in conference and he's an older player. We don't need him to be an all star, but we need someone that can give enough that Wingo doesn't lead the nation in DL snaps played again.

I have no idea what happened while he was at Florida, but he was a quality player coming out of high school. I don’t think it’s fair to judge his career to this point because Florida has developed absolutely no one defensively the last few years. We need depth and he can give us 20 snaps each week at minimum. Anything more than that is just lagniappe.

Always like a local kid to get a shot over a similar player from another state but he’s really just a body. Maybe he can give some minutes in games but you’ve got to have practice players as well.

Ppl think we're going to land multiple mehki wingos in the portal. It doesn't work that way. Not everyday is a an all-sec freshman enters portal and we get lucky and land him. the elite players aren't leaving there teams like that. We lost to tamu and and uga because we played a total of 5 d lineman, and by the end of year they were gassed. Jalen Lee isn't phenomenal, but we need bodies. and he's a massive one.

He’s played more than I thought. Not a bunch of tackles but maybe he’s done well at NT eating space. We need the depth but we really need to get a couple legit front 7 starters in the portal.

We need rotational players and depth. It looked like the team was tired at the end of the season due to lack of depth.

He is an athletic D tackle with SEC experience and multiple years of eligibility. Could do much worse imo
