Hurd is draft eligible in 2017 , currently projected as a 3rd rd. pick

at 6'3" 230 he's a big back with 4.5 speed , and some GM will fall in love with him

I believe he will end up signing with an agent and start training for his Pro Day and the Combine

He wants to switch to WR or TE so he can potentially have a longer career.

I'd take him as a TE.

Wouldn't mind seeing want he could do as a TE. He should have done that right out of high school though.

Why is he leaving? It's not like Butch has any team rules

Dude quit on his team mid-season. I don't care what the situation. You don't do that. You stay in there with your brothers. You take care of that stuff in the off season.

The very definition of "No Chest". If I was an NFL GM, no way in hell I'd touch a quitter.

He can't transfer to an SEC school right? Pretty sure if you play SEC ball you cannot transfer to an SEC school under normal circumstances.

at 6'3" I would want to switch too to WR or TE. Playing RB at that height you get way too many hits around your knees. Odds are he won't last 3 years in the NFL before getting hurt.

I think he could definitely be a Jordan Reed type TE.

He's a great athlete and at 6'3" 230, he can add 15 lbs and become big enough to be a TE in the league.

He seems to catch the ball well, would just need to learn route running.

It's one thing that LSU isn't short of and that is running backs. Don't need nor want

He wants to play TE/WR strictly. He would be an asset as athlete on offensive. Who are we to turn down any former All-SEC OFFENSIVE players?

More than 1 report that his family has retained attorney's to investigate that he was played after failing a concussion protocol evaluation during the Georgia game. He will play somewhere next year and be a stud.
