Can someone explain to me why this is a good hire?

He was fired from Miami in the 90s for being a drunken mess. (Felony Battery which was dropped)
He was fired from Ole Miss because he lost control of his program and continually recruited kids who could not qualify. (And more importantly he didn't win AT ALL)
And after he was passed over as USC's next head coach (He did a great job there), he wasn't even considered to be a defensive coordinator ANYWHERE, let alone a head coach.
So someone explain why this is good.

He wants to play TE/WR strictly. He would be an asset as athlete on offensive. Who are we to turn down any former All-SEC OFFENSIVE players? :lol:

Don't put your hands on a woman period.
CALL THE COPS if she takes your child while she's drunk.
(Because if you don't then they will be called on YOU)
He is not the only LSU football player with baby mama drama trust me. But they deal with it better.
HE MESSED UP (In some way or he wouldn't have been arrested), deal with it.
