Well they better load up. LSU was within reach in that game this year, and that gap between the two is going to start closing. Once it does, Bama isn't gonna be able to raid the state, especially when Saban retires.

For Bama, it's not a matter raiding this state or that state, it's the matter of signing WAY over the limit year and year out and the NCAA is powerless to stop it. Everyone else plays by a set of rules. Bama does not.

Why the full court press wasn’t on Gibbs out of high school to begin with will always be a major head scratcher

Those writers probably put that cb in whenever there is a coaching change. Graves is another good corner raymond is after.

Leaves us open for Zach Evans, but I would have loved Gibbs. He starts day 1 at LSU. So does Evans though.
