Why stop there?
Only legacy players from here on out!

I have been told he has been clocked at 4.4...don't see anything official. But in his highlight film you can see his speed.

you can't be a "recruited" player though.

These coaches are under tremendous pressure. Seems like a great, great young man. But college football has turned into a mean multi-billion dollar business. The coaches have to produce or gtfo.
Ideologically he should be on the team. In the real world, where business is concerned, they have very limited spots and zero room for error.
Could you imagine being the head coach at LSU or any major sec school? frick that.
However, I wouldn't mind seeing him as a preferred walk on and perhaps even giving him one of the spots on the bottom third of our recruiting class. BUT...who do you leave out????
This is a very unusual year in LA talent wise. We simply can't take them all, and if we're careful, could real in a crystal ball type class.
It is what it is my man.

Really? Trindon is lighting it up on Sundays. Shy had a completely different body type and was a damn good RB.

Good kid but wasn't even close to being the best QB in his District. Throw in his size and he'll be at Souteastern.

I don't know. a lot of those guys see it as disrespect that LSU hasn't made any kind of move on him especially after bama had him for a visit this season.
Well I saw it as disrespect for them to lose by three touchdowns to fricking Houston Cougars

when did they lose by 3 touchdowns???
LSU is 2-1 against Houston and lost 20-7, guess your math skills are not what they use to be

Maybe he'll hit a growth spurt???
If I were him, I'd look toward Ivy League schools. Truth is 5'9" isn't drafted at QB very often. He will get more PT and will set himself up with good professional opportunities after college. The Ivy League does occasionally put a guy in the league (Fitzpatrick).
I know they don't give athletic scholarships but they supplement with a ton of financial aid.

last time I checked Russell Wilson and Drew Brees were not all that tall ... being able to read a defense and having pocket awareness are the keys at succeeding as a QB at the next level
