I don’t know what’s sadder, that Emery would be dumb enough to tweet that (if it’s real) or that Georgia fans are flocking over here from the SEC-r to defend it.

This will not happen for a multitude of reasons. (Note that I am not making any accusation of guilt, just saying if something did happen)
# 1 Georgia position in the SEC pecking order
#2 Georgia's booster network far wider than Ole Miss within a much larger state
# 3 Kirby Smart has 10+ years of dirt on Saban...therefore Bama, the SEC, NCAA and Emmert will not allow anything to happen to UGA.
Look no further than the DJ Fluker case. The NCAA could have had Bama dead to rights. Indisputable evidence of far more malfeasance than the Reggie Bush case. If any investigation was done about it no findings were every announced.
It's like the old axiom if Kentucky basketball commits a violation, Cleveland State gets put on probation.
