We could win multiple N . C. Even with a mediocre coach.

With this current coaching staff it would be guaranteed

Inaccurate. Yes, keeping Louisiana talent in state is vital to LSU’s success but to win titles, they need to supplement from Texas, Florida, Georgia, etc.

Ed Orgeron lost to Troy. Tell me more about superior talent automatically = championships.

At times you'd hardly be able to cobble an offensive line together and QB would be a major issue like it has been for the better part of a decade.

I think you could get it done at just about every other spot strictly recruiting LA. Every now and then there's a real dip in LB talent as well.

Dude. A LOT of things have to go right to win a NC. Lucky breaks, low number of injuries, consistently great recruiting and complete alignment from the top down. It's not just great players...

Absolutely correct you always need the best from other States but we need our best

8 or 9 out if the best in La. will get it done

This is not true. Louisiana has a lot of talent for the size of the state but the numbers still don’t compare to Florida, Texas, California, or Georgia. The state produces great DB’s, D line, running backs, and wide receivers. QB and O line is where you run into trouble. The state does not consistently produce the talent at those vital positions you would need to compete.

We lost to Troy because of injuries and that fumble on the first play from scrimmage. Then you can add in that ridiculous FG at the end of the first half.
None of this was O’s Fault!

The Troy game our players were sleep walking. No fire. No energy and they got what they got. An ugly loss.

Not true. We should have been able to spot them 20 pts and still won by 20. We lost bc the offense sucked.

QB

QB is thin but it really isn't that bad if you get the top QB's and actually develop them.

The past decade you could have went from

Jordan Jefferson
to Dak Prescott
to Tanner Lee
to Brandon Harris
to Lowell Narcisse
to Justin Rogers

as well as have guys like these for backup/depth

Munchie Legeaux
Daniel Sams
Lindsey Scott
Keytaon Thompson
Cole Kelly

Instead in that same time frame it went

Jordan Jefferson
to Zach Mettenberger
to Anthony Jennings
to Brandon Harris
to Danny Etling
to Myles Brennan?/Lowell Narcisse?
