Absolutely true IMO. Aranda just exudes leadership qualities that players and parents are looking for. These qualities are hard to describe however you know them when you see them. It's steadiness. Articulation. Vision. Effective communication. Work ethic. Focus. Etc. Etc.

O is too dumb to be a DC. He’s a snake oil salesmen, he has no actual intelligent ideas or solutions he just makes people think he does. I suppose he could be a pure figurehead and let Aranda do all the actual coaching.

LSU, an elite level program, would be promoting from within twice in a row for head coaches. All because Alleva can't be bothered with running a coaching search. This program is done.

If and when Aranda is the HC here. He’ll most likely promote Raymond as DC.
