Five-star DL Jordan Burch committed to the #Gamecocks but didn’t sign. Said schools are still in contact. Said each of his top five have reached out to him since he committed. Said he hasn’t ruled out other visits in January. #ALLIN #Bama #UGA #LSU

I would say the only huge news in this is the surprise that Simmons was able to get any information about Burch’s recruitment directly from Burch.

This is bullshite. "Committing" is what you do before you are allowed to sign a letter of intent. If you can sign and haven't, where is the commitment in that. Call it something else but it's not a commitment.

Strange that Simmons got Burch when 247 is reporting Burch isn't making himself available for interviews this week. Simmons has always been good at the job s I give him benefit of the doubt but when it comes to Rivals I never discount anything.
