Miles' first class was like 13 players and he was on the job for like a month before signing day. Kiffin was here 3 days.

LSU signed 13 total in the 2005 class. Was a top 10 class though.

Maybe because there’s still a lot of roster talent to be retained and also the fact that Kiffin averages taking 20 portal players a cycle. Might also be because he’s been on the job for 3 days

Wouldn't new staff want more flexibility and room for portal guys to rapidly change rooster to fit their schemes
