Or will we still allow him to be a part of this class and let the courts decide his fate?

Not in this case. Even if she was a willing participant, it's still an illegal act.

I thought the official response from LSU was "We'll see how it turns out".

With how tight we are with numbers, I think it's gonna be too hard for Miles to sit around and wait. He's gotta drop him unfortunately
Well, he's got until Feb. 2nd to see how it turns out, which you won't get much more by then

The scholarship numbers really don't mean anything until August. LSU can wait for awhile.

What I mean is that his scholarship could go to someone else, instead of having someone else in this class grey-shirt if more than one guy wants to commit to us

Just had some of Les Miles' own blood say and i quote, " the only place he is going is jail", so I'll take that as a negative on him remaining a part of this recruiting class.

I mean, the odds of us landing CJ Johnson, Jernigan, and Rasco all is pretty low. Are we in play for anyone else (other than Drew/Clowney)?

If we only got Rasco, I could see a guy like Hunter or Briggs get an offer. Two guys that might (or in Hunter's case, has to) get a scholly to come here

Les would not publicly pile on the kid in a situation like this.
If Les did stop recruiting him, it would be kept private and signing day would come and he would just not sign with LSU.
There would be no public announcement.

the burden of proof is still on the state to prove that it happened, so yes, he is still innocent until proven guilty.

This really isn't a situation that should be joked about.

If Les Miles cut ties with RP, then I don't see any way that he lets Hill of the hook. RP was far more important to the success of LSU football.

Did RP do anything wron beside miss team meetings and the frequent misdemeanor?

I thought there wouldn't be any comment from Miles or anyone at LSU about Hill because of the "gag order" the NCAA places on coaches about recruits until NSD. Neverthless, it seems obvious LSU has probably revoked Hill's scholarship offer, given the circumstances.
