ust watched Harold's highlight film again. I'm a little worried about this guy. Doesn't seem real physical to me. He broke a few arm tackles here and there but any real contact he was down immediately. Doesn't look to be real physical in my opinion. Add this to the fact that he was continuously run down from behind by high school kids makes him suspect to me. IMO
Now, that is his junior year highlights. Haven't seen anything recent. Hope those are better and hope I'm wrong about him.

Agreed. Anyone who watches film can see with their own eyes that he doesnt pick up many YAC (yards after contact). I see him more as a WR than anything. Great athlete for his size, but his highlights arent tough. He has great hands though, and great size/speed ratio.

Why do you think his dad wants him to go to bama? Other than him being from alabama?

Just watched his junior highlights. He reminds me of Dylan Moses running the ball. Maybe he can switch to linebacker.

Hell yeah. Seeing Joiner in them totally made me want him in this class. And I'm not even kidding.

He always has a smile on his face and seems like a good kid, despite some of his seeming wishy-washiness in recruiting. I think the coaches will be able to find a spot for him, so I'm on board.

He's to big to be a running back. Looks like a DE in Aranda's scheme!

I completely agree. Guice was the #5 RB in 2015 too and his HS highlight film is 20 times more impressive.

I think Cain and/or one of the other RBs in 2019 will almost immediately be the best back on our roster when they arrive, but worrying that the #1 recruit in Alabama could only be temporary fix at RB is a good problem to have.

Even if he doesn't turn out to be a feature back he should end up providing some good depth.

Just realized Rod Smith the Dallas RB is 6'3. He's also 235.

He's having a monster game today with 113yds receiving and 1 TD and 6 carries for 47 yds and a TD.

Just thought it was interesting with so few RBs that tall.

He must want him at Bama at all costs because he'll never play a snap as RB at Alabama.

to be fair, this would be a great thing for this kid's future

i made a thread about this a few months back

also, that kid is too tall to play RB in the NFL. so on top of RB being a bad choice for his financial future as an absolute, his body type makes the argument even stronger for him.
