Give me 3 and 4 star players that love the game and the school over money hungry ones.

Real shite. Its not like LSU is offering them nothing. We're talking the difference between 800k and 1 mil.
That's penny pinching at that level of income. frick that. Its not about getting mom a good house because she raised you at that point. Its just about making more money.
Guys like Burrow who come in here and wear a special jersey for the school and the fanbase are the ones you want.
Ole Miss is the BEST example.
I fricking love BKs approach honestly. This team beat Ole Miss, a team full of some of the best money can buy.
Offer what you can, and if they use you as leverage, dump them. More time spent on a kid that was raised with better values.
Seriously, the team LSU is building will be better suited to weather the storm of whatever limitations are put on this NIL shitshow. We aren't playing into it.

I'm not gonna claim to know more about football than the coaches paid to do it. The whole damn team was a mess when BK got here. If you didn't see the improvement from last year to this year I don't know what to tell you.

These are stats from an era where a hard commit meant something and you had to earn the money.
A hungry 5* 10 years ago looking to get to the big leagues is not the same as a 5* with guaranteed millions.

If one of these 5 stars gets injured they have absolutely no incentive to get healthy and work hard for it. Just opt out. Why not? You've got your millions in the bank already.
You think if Underwood has a season ending injury that he won't just opt out and sit on his 10 mil? Think about it.
