Sage turned into a solid CB. We just need 1 stud opposite of him and some safeties to shore up the DBs.

I actually thought Zy was better than Sage this year. He looked serviceable outside of the FSU game. It’s hard to say what he’ll be after the injury.

I’m sure Sage is a good dude, but I don’t think he’s an SEC caliber starting CB, better yet what we need to compete for championships. He doesn’t tackle good enough to play Nickel.

Arguably GA’s best returning man corner this would be a big get.

Uh, no. He does have great coverage skills but not physical enough compared to the others. Look for Texas here.

I am going to crap on Sage. Lets imagine the LSU defense, which gave up 28 points per game, what it would have been without him. Lets say Zy is back 100% and is 1 Corner. Gilbert is coming in from Aggie and looks more like a Box safety. Sage to me looks like he might can play Free Safety. What does that look like to folks here?

One of these Freshman CB's that played the 2nd half the year develops into the clear #2 corner or Nickle and you get 1 corner from the Portal.

I’m curious if toviano stays at CB or goes back to safety

Good ? Not sure, he can play. With all the formations teams use today he will be in the defense on some packages regardless of where he plays.

Is he really good? Don't know much about him

He hurt his shoulder near the end of the year but before that injury he was starting to come on. He has a phenomenal game against mizzou and many GA fans think he is their most natural cover corner. Elite long speed and super fluid. Type of corner you can leave on an island against elite receivers. Plays wirh a ton of confidence

Lester bringing the heat. It's why you're a legend in my book. Knowing just when to stick that knife in. Impeccable timing and placement are gifts that can't be taught.

Sir, this is a Matt House defense

Typical ignorant fan comment. We played man in every game this year. We played a lot of man against Wisconsin.

Look I’m glad that you taking into account the small amount of man we played against Wisconsin. But we didn’t play man hardly at all in our last 3 games of the season. That was a “change” and that’s the facts.
