Honest question, I am old school . Do you think these kids even care who thenAD is. Not being smart arse ,really wondering.
I would venture to say some of the kids may not even know an AD exists. But that’s not even the point here. The point is that we have an AD that is helping, not hindering the process. And certainly one that won’t lay down lame and prostrate to the Compliance Dept.

Why would a high school kid know or care about the AD?
I don't think they care about him by himself but think of it this way:
You are a 17 or 18 year old kid being courted by SEC schools. Every place you go, the coaches and team a really friendly and want you on their team. Then when you go to LSU, not only the coaches but the AD himself knows your name and is taking time to talk to you and your family on a personal level as well as representing his school.
It could make the difference with some kids.

Yea he dead
I think certainly some of the Gumps continued success in recruiting (and thus on the field) has to do with the AD and his dedication to sustaining that success. Me no think that the Gumps have the same success under an AD like saaaay...Jackass Alleva. JMO GT!

You gotta figure that Scott will have some sense of amnesty from the NCAA bc he worked with Saban and he knows where the bodies are buried.
So to speak.

Lets be honest none of these CBs matter. the only prediction that matters is the Bama groupie fisherman’s!! Who cares about the real Insiders!

Coaching TO is catching up to Saban. Dline has dropped
Off some. Quenin Williams carried them last season. But outside of him most didn’t know of them. LSU Dline will be better this season

That still have a lot of good young talent. To think Bama Dline play is declining because 1 player left is a little delusional.
That said, O is doing an amazing job as HC of the Tigers. I was dead wrong about him.

Most people dont realize that Karl Dunbar left Bama before last season and had been Saban's DL coach for a good while.

If he’s the team mate of 2 LSU commits then there’s always a chance.

okay i admit i was wrong about him to but lets say he is "getting a grade of A in culture change". He still has to actually beat bama before i declare its an "amazing" job.
