Woodward has been making his presence felt since he was hired. It's a big deal.

LSU will close better this year than over the past few years.

All hands on deck. I like it.

Does Roy help us with any other recruits not committed yet?

did see a recruit say he picked tOSU over Bama because Bama has so much staff turnover that he wanted the consistency of coaches.

Yep. The problem with this is, there is another powerhouse team out there that has consistently kept its staff. Clemson has been able to hold on to their coaches.

Speaking of Raymond, his contract is supposed to expire after this season. Did he get an extension?

LOL, looks like the gumps may be getting a little salty. Also, if Vol is right about the Bama commit and a possible flip, that would be amazing

This is getting entertaining. You can see the little gump wheels turning in their skulls now, and the mob is now out in full force on the SECrb.

You would think with the trending news of Roy to LSU that Alabama would be less confident. So my stupid kind of conspiracy guess is that He will announce LSU on the 26th to relieve the pressure but will ultimately sign with Bama. Bama staff is trusting that he will keep his word and if does we get Roy and we also played LSU, again. Perhaps thats why our insiders, Tim Watts and Alabama are still confident, they know that long term plan. Again I know it's probably not going to play out like that but it's fun to explore.

Gump arrogance knows no bounds. If Roy pushes the decision date I'll get worried, because that will mean they got to him. If he goes ahead as planned on the 26th, I think he shuts it down and becomes a recruiter for LSU.

Not yet. I'm sure they agreed on something just waiting until after the season to go through with it

Roy said he’s shutting it down after he commits on the 26th. Said he’s tired of the process.

A good stream of CB’s came in tonight

Here are the notable ones:

Joel Williams to Bama

Roy to LSU
(Paul jones, 92% accuracy)

Milton to UGA
(Up to 18 picks for Milton to UGA now, whata waste of time and resources)

Jaheim Thomas to Cincinnati
(Went from OSU/LSU to cincy, damn)

Damm , wish we had room for Williams . Not saying he would be ours but I hate him at Bama. At least he isn’t one of those kids that drag it out till signing day then leaves you at altar .

I may get some downvote for this but I think they could care less. Why would a high school kid know or care about the AD? Now, the AD may matter in the process by the amount of money they allocate for recruiting and their first-hand involvement in meetings with coaches. However, the name of the head coach carries way more clout for the hs kid than the AD in my opinion.

I doubt most current players even know who the ad is.
