I’m not saying ignore New Orleans by any means. Just saying this mindset that we need a New Orleans-only recruiter and the rest of the state will fall in line with guys like Greg Studwara (NLa) and Cam Cameron (BR) leading the charge doesn’t work.
Personally I like the idea of a New Orleans area guy not being the recruiting coordinator (perhaps Tony Hull) and the RC being someone like TeeMartin who isn’t so sole city or sole area focused.

It’s not just a NOLA recruiter. They pretty much have SE LA connections so Metairie, Destrehan and all those places fall in their area.

There is no reason to be that defensive. I did not bash the man. I was simply bringing up a stat and questioning it, if it was accurate and wondering what might be going on at his program?

We need top paid recruiters everywhere. We need a staff of dozens. We need not north Louisiana and South, we need New Orleans, Florida parish’s, lake Charles region, Baton Rouge area, Alexandria area, Monroe, Shreveport, the rural north, Hattiesburg, Mississippi gulf coast, Mobile, etc.
They need to form recruiting councils with all high school coaches in area, invite them all to paid trips to LSU, provide them equipment, training, coaches clinics etc. befriend every damn coach who is willing. Indentify the up and coming coaches, it’s your only defense to bag man.
