All he has to do is claim sexual harassment when his head coach, Tom Herman, kissed him multiple times.

This is the smartest thing he could do...I'm sure Herman's on video assaulting him.

Or he could just claim that someone said something racist to him...quick, easy, requires no proof whatsoever. Ohio State just had their new transfer QB from UGA do this...worked perfectly.

Except there was proof that it happened at UGA. It may have even been on TV. And the guy that did was recognized immediately and kicked off the baseball team with a quickness. And he wasn't just some scrub on the baseball team.

According to Hookem, he didn’t play at all.

If he didn't play at all, wouldn't he be eligible immediately? Or does playing time not matter?

That’s a good question. I don’t know the answer. Perhaps someone on the RB does.

Playing time doesn't matter. He was able to redshirt, however, so if he has to sit out a year, he'll be a redshirt sophomore in 2020.

I don't know. Usually transfers have to sit out a year. But I've never seen a transfer that ended up as a walk on at the new school, so I'm not sure how the rules apply.

Transfers (excluding grad xfers, hardship xfers) can walk on but can not play. He has to be enrolled (at least 12 hrs per semester) for one academic year before he can get a ship without counting against the 25. So he can't get one until next spring.

It works out really well, then. He can't play anyway in '19, plus we're not using a scholarship on him. He gets one in the spring of '20, will be able to play in '20, and we can still sign a full class of 25.

So if he is a walk on paying his own way can he play in 2019?

Good athlete for his size. Reminds me of a shorter poor man’s Marcus Spears.

Glad he will be joining the good guys.

No. Unless he is a grad or hardship xfer, he has to sit out a year.

Nobody knows except vol and he just said it could be big, but nobody's gonna say a name yet because the school he's currently at doesn't even know yet.
