If I'm muschamp's kid, I'd seriously consider other options besides South Carolina. I guess the obvious reason is my dad's job security. But, even beyond that, some kids are going to want to test the waters and sink-or-swim under an unbias coaching staff.

I just won a NC and locked up a 6 year contract.

Boom is about to get canned, which means a new HC will bring in an entirely new staff and Burch will be caught in crosshairs for 2 years.

Not that hard a choice, but with kids who knows.

Coach O needs to dig deep and implement the crawfish binder to seal the deal.

makes it look almost certain at this point Burch will be playing football on Saturday’s for the next 3 years in the “real” Death Valley!

I'll accept your conclusion.

Did you read the OP’s post? He committed to Colorado state. Hence the reason the thread was starting to begin with.

Guys, can you imagine Burch, Roy, Guillory, and McKinnley...my heart is going to stop!!!

Ok if that were to happen, not only would that just about guarantee us an SEC Championship along with at least a couple CFP spots but probably at least one Naty to boot.

But the Lagniappe would be knowing that the midget to the east will sh*t a chicken if we do.

I tell myself every year that I'm done getting my hopes up for recruits like this and I'm just going to let it play out. Once again, I'm here refreshing the Recruiting Board every 20 minutes hoping for news.

Don’t want to be a debbie downer but Doctor K on another thread just stated that Burch has just set up an OV with SCar for next weekend!

I thought that's been scheduled for months???....

Yeah, but word is Burch is in BR until tomorrow to get some alone time with the staff since this is an unofficial visit. Coach O is going to lock this one up!

If O could lock up Kelly Orgeron with a little alone time, he can damn sure get Burch
