I know most people don’t really give af about a punter transfer. But we need someone that can flip the field. We’ve been terrible at Punter the last few years.
Lappin averaged 46.1 yards per punt.
21 punts of 50+ yards
19 inside the 20

He is listed as a freshman on McNeese website, but per his own twitter he has one year of eligibility remaining.

Our punting unit in its current form is just terrible at everything. Would love to bring in a new guy.

This is really a big part of a game and I know people have mentioned it but our punting has been so bad and I’d say could have influenced a game or two had we had a decent one.

The LSU ST Special..low, short and returned...The Special Teams have sucked all 3 years and cost BK 1-2games a year.
Yet with unlimited coaches and a proven track record of wasting money on bad hires BK continues to hire part time ST coaches. Get McMahon and let him work his magic.
