If we get Perkins to sign (he's one I won't put too much value in a verbal commit frankly) it is lagniappe.
But if Mathews goes UF that will be the real disappointment. First him leaving us for TAMU's "pool party payoff" and then him going another direction to a yearly opponent with also new staff would be the reak kick in the nuts.
I'm not saying that is happening, or happened. I'm saying I am far less concerned with Perkins, his mom's outbursts on twitter, or what the uncle says. I'm more concerned, from a marketing/PR standpoint, with not being to reel Jacoby back in.

From following social media last, it does seem like the work put in on Perkins and Mathews recruitment is trending favorable to LSU. Those two are wild cards because is all about highest bidder. I hold my stance on Lewis and Citizen, they gone.

Yeah I was 18 once and I know for sure I would have went anywhere that they wanted to roll out the red carpet for me and visited.I would want to see other campuses even if I knew I was never gonna leave home,why not it’s like a vacation

After 5 for 5, I’m not that worried about kids who go elsewhere.
