Sumrall is a relentless Mofo in recruiting and they got momentum. Gonna have to hold them off to flip him from Texas. Still confident we do but Sumrall isn’t gonna go away

If I was him I’d be at a game every weekend at this point.
He’s been in attendance for us demolishing Clemson, Texas erasing a 20-pt comeback vs Ohio State, and Florida shellacking Ole Miss.
Just keep winning and then win the Texas game when he’s in attendance.

Difference is though Kiffin is an offensive coach. Regardless the offensive identity of the team will still always be his vision with or without Weiss .

What about when Blake Baker leaves? The last DC Kiffin hired was Pete Golding… you think that will have an effect on LSU defensive recruits or does that only happen with other schools?

Big difference. Our head coach is an offensive guru at multiple stops. Not a G5 defensive coach at his first ever power conference \ sec school

Now that’s a great question ngl. I think positional coaches matters just as much in defensive recruiting as the DC. As long as guys like Raymond , Coach O, Olsen and peoples are still around I think our the defensive recruiting will remain strong
