If we are taking all the wide receivers. That's a new outlook.

Kidding Kidding. They have to have a plan in who "may be" the QB and telling these receivers what that it is. Unless its just bags full of money.

wouldn't expect much out of that last receiver from Illinois. dude has like 15 catches in 3 years at Illinois. he has good size. maybe the Kiffin offense can allow him to breakout. Hope so but judging from 3 years of stats then I would guess our HS guys have better shot at contributing.

With the roster limit at 105 now some of the takes are going to be the equivalent of what a preferred walk on flyer used to be but now theres extra scholarships so they'll be better than what an actual walk on would typically be

Tbh, stats from other schools don't mean a damn thing imo. Kewan Lacy had a total of 104 yards in 2024 with Missouri and then puts up 1,567 yards in 2025 with OM. Malik Elzy is a 6'2" 225 lbs beast who has the talent. He just needs to be apart of the right offense to blow up.

I appreciate the optimism but in 3 years if you're that talented, bad offense or not, you produce something.

This guy is likely just a lotto ticket.....could be worth a ton but probably not, and that's OK. Again, we're basically replacing an entire offense, not just 11 starters, the whole damn side of the ball. So you need guys like this to come in and know their role

Kiffin did make Blake Simms into a serviceable qb....

He didn't want to be there and if a player doesn't want to play for a school, then they aren't going to put in the work. The coach didn't play him for that reason.

New offense by Lane:

One OL (center) shotgun snap 5 yards back. 9 WRs lined up —— someone will be wide open

Tre can play QB

All of Kiffin’s QBs are just receivers he taught to throw

He was there for 3 years. He’s not a “beast”, he’s depth
