It was purely around him holding lsu hostage multiple years in a row, threatening to leave for atm and rivals, for more money. You typically don't do that if your happy, love where your at. Or theres better ways for that to happen internally and not public. So people questioned it for just that. He obviously is connected recruting wise, and most db coaches are good coaches, teaching very similar fundamentals. If he's vested and bought in, and we get him for contract we did, with Florida footing most of the bill in yr 1, it's a win win

Thats all message board hearsay. If that was the case im sure Woodward would've been against the rehire. Hiring unproven coaches and paying out millions of buyout money after failure is a bigger issue.

What is your take on Pickett, Captain Crown? My gut tells me Pickett will sign with LSU. I tend to go by quotes that are more than just "I had a good time" "LSU is blah blah blah"
