You do realize you have a strong side end right? Maybe wiggins gets too big for end but at this time he is an end

Just because an end playing now is 260 doesn't mean every end is going to be 260. Those players were meant for a 3-4 anyway.

Ali Gaye, the 2020 starter who just came in last year's class was meant to be strongside 290lb DE in a 3-4? Or the other starter who came in last year that weighs 230 lbs soaking wet. Good grief, you homers will try to spin anything.

I'm not saying we won't land Wiggins but he's much better suited to a 3-4 than a 4-3. It has not stopped us from getting kids in the past that didn't fit the scheme exaxtly when we were running a 4-3 before Aranda or a 3-4 after him.

No use being negative about Wiggins. All the interviews would weary the souls of the biblical JOB!!

Jordy and the crew to me just kinda overreacted because he wasn't so outgoing as he was in the first interview.

My take also.

I feel the same way. They kind of spun out of control after he hung up with their overreactions. From everything I’ve heard, it’s an LSU/Bama battle and unless something has changed recently, he’s not favoring either school. I trust O and Carter to battle anyone for a local DL.

I think Jordy got a text from someone which increased the doubt in his mind. They definitely overreacted though.

I went back and listened to both interviews. It is same person but this time he wasn't into doing the interview for whatever reason. He may have just gotten up.

Hey man I agree, when all is said and done,I think QW will wear P&G in college, but Nick will recruit till the end. And we all know the REC has very deep pockets, as we witnessed last year on signing day.

What do you think it was? I mean it's way too early to call it on Wiggins.

Ali gaye was, you are correct. Who do you think recruited bj ojulari?

Dave aranda. He was meant to be a rush linebacker and he weighs more than 230.

Ali gaye looked fine at strong side end last year in the 4-3. Same way wiggins will look.

Kudos for keeping up the good fight even tho you can't even possibly believe it. No DE we have recruited the last two cycles looks anything like Wiggins...Koht, Brown, Jackson, Jones, Tapp, Stewart, Abor...You made an incorrect statement and were called out, but I know it's not in your nature to move on, so I guess we'll keep doing this.

You must be incredibly optimistic about this class to be getting 314. You must have at least one of Harold Perkins and Kamari Wilson?

Sucks if he doesn’t commit to LSU but wow, that was an entertaining podcast! Jordy is a “stage 5 clinger”

So we are convienently leaving out Moses and Tim Williams?

I went back 5 years, since Orgeron has been the coach. I missed Moses he really hasn't turned out to be anything special, and after Miles was fired, was never coming to LSU. Tim Williams graduated highschool in 2013. 8 years ago.

I understand you're always mad at everything, but the "we lose every LA player to Alabama!!!" myth needs to be put to bed. It's simply incorrect.

Since Orgeron has been the head coach we have lost 0 baton rouge players. Since his interim season we lost 2 in Allen and Moses

We have lost a total of 1 player from Louisiana to Alabama, since the class of 2018 (Orgeron hired full time), that had committable offers to LSU.

To be honest have to add Christian Harris, and to be brutally honest it turned out to be a really bad eval on Coach O there, mixed with chasing a 5 star DL not to be named which y’all crucified Vol on, he was dead on with what he was saying, just a last ditch Hail Mary offer was answered, literally giving Muschamp 1 last year. TRUTH

Don't you think all this attention gets old to some recruits. Phone ringing often from coaches/recruiters then every dick with a blog is harassing repeatedly.
I'd use my NIL to get a new phone number.

That was on Aranda. He wanted to see Harris camp at LB because they saw him as more of a safety and he wanted to be a linebacker, and Harris refused to camp and just committed to Alabama.

To be honest, he's still overrated. I don't see him panning out well in the NFL.

Can't go down that rabbit hole though. Too many guys in LA every year that turn into better prospects and succeed in the NFL that LSU (or any other power 5 school sometimes) didn't even offer.

That was Burch, who was a 2020 recruit, a year after Harris.
