Shea and others have already said LSU offered same as Oregon and Ole Miss. LSU got out recruited for a Louisiana guy who would be a guaranteed starter on the outside at CB for us.

Shea said yesterday that lsu, Oregon, and ole miss were all offering him very similar nil packages. Dude must simply think he has a better chance at a natty next year at ole miss and that he’ll get developed better. After watching our DB’s this year you can’t blame him for that

Yes but was an elite corner in the SEC this season. MAJOR MAJOR miss by the staff. Could have easily solved 1 corner spot with a move like this on a local kid at that.
Now we're still wondering who we'll even put out there at corner next season between all the injured, suspended and young guys we merry-go-rounded with this season.
This is a new low for this defensive staff to whiff on this guy. Easiest sell job in history to come right in here and guaranteed a starting job and being back home.

Lane not playing around. He is going all in for 2024. They have a good bit of offense coming back and trying to get their defense up to par.
