Could LSU flip Byron Young? Seems like it...

After his official visit this past weekend to Bama he still plans on not signing early and officially visiting LSU in January. Bama has a loaded DL class and numbers are getting very tight for them. Seems as though we could def steal him away!

It's very possible that Bama won't have room for him if he doesn't sign in the early period.

I would agree if Bama’s numbers weren’t insanely tight and if they didn’t already have such a deep and talented DL class coming in. Playing time at LSU with less competition seems more enticing.

With those Mississippi boys, especially one already committed to Bama, I'll believe it when I see. However I will see his camp and LSU have maintained contact, so at the very least, it's worth keeping an eye on down the road.

Never say never but this kid is alllll about Bama.
This is the type of bait that everyone is worrying about with Sospher.
I think Ishmael is still split but this Byron is a classic case of Saban using a very solid recruit to burn other schools resources.
Maybe I’m wrong but I think we have a much better shot with Sospher, especially with the Rodney angle.

My thinking is what will their numbers and class look like after next week. We may be able to spin it our way and use that loaded class against them when he visits. We’ll see!

Possible, but they're likely dropping a few players at other positions on their commit list before they get to Young. So I wouldn't say it's likely at this point.

Byron is not worried about competition, and is gonna be a take for Bama regardless.
