This portal class will prove to be mediocre at best. No game-breakers.
A few need-fillers, sure. But who do yall see as someone who will put LSU in the playoffs? I’m more excited about the recruiting class. (Berry, Picket, Curne, etc).
Watch the final rankings of our portal players before you crown it is as the best out there.
NIL/portal will never be an LSU strength — and no, Burrow and Daniels were not NIL/Portal babies. Had they come out this season, LSU would be sucking hind teat on them.

Fixing the O Line was priority 1. The O will be light years better next year. We literally couldn’t run left for most of the year. Once teams figured out they could blow up the middle O Line we were done.
The D reloaded nicely as well. We are going to see that stingy LSU D again next year.

Couldn’t disagree more. Game-breakers occur both ways. Fixing the ways they lose is just as important as finding a flashy star.
Our holes at C and LG were negative game-breakers at the end of the season. That should be fixed.
Nic Anderson and Brown were very good WRs on very bad teams. Put in package with AA, they should be even better.
On defense, our inability to consistently stop the run was an issue. That’s clearly been addressed.
I expect safety will be better once last transfer or two come in.
The portal is about filling holes, so don’t be dismissive of what it is.
