Pretty reliable source says he wants to play both wherever he goes. He has a ton of basketball offers, but I don't know if LSU is recruiting him for basketball.
One of his coaches told a friend he likes clemson for both. Dont shoot the messenger. I think he would look great in purple and gold. He is a freak basketball player by the way. He needs to go into one of those slam dunk contests. Seriously he could give Marlon a run for his money

He plays both, though he's been playing basketball longer. I think he's only played football a couple of years, but he put up big numbers last year. Over 1,000 yards receiving and over 20 TD receptions. His coach says he has good hands and body control.

He averaged 23 points a game in basketball last year. Can hit the three and jump out of the gym. He's 6-4. He's starting to get more offers in football and got a big bump in the recent 247 rankings. He's a 4 star in football on 247.

Here's an article from the Advocate in January about Coleman and OC's hoops team:

Here's an interesting quote from Coleman's coach about his leaping ability, from the article:

"In our first game, Keon jumped so high that he hit his armpit on the backboard," his coach said. "He's a special kid and a hard-working kid. That's what will separate him if he continues to develop.

Seems to me that Coach O and WW need to get a plan in place for this kid and allow him to come to LSU and enjoy the 2 sport process so we can basically watch him year round

Playing both is unrealistic.

It VERY rarely works out. Football player shows up after the bowl game, never catches up, plays very sparingly, leaves team after a month to devote time to academics and spring football. Fans get tittilated when their gridiron hero runs onto the court, but don't expect any real contribution.

He looks like a football player all the way

Looks like a tweener on the court

Could play 3 positions on the football field

Probably not practical but it's not unprecedented.
