His commitment is as big about getting him as it is about building a pipeline with Katy. So much talent at that school.

Just watched his highlights. Man, I am excited about this guy. He plays with a real nasty streak.

The defense desperately needs a Brad Davis level of recruiter

Yep. Finishes his blocks and is nasty about it. Love it.

Get ready for the return of the run game! Kelly knows he won't have a generational dynamic QB anytime soon but will have a lightening and thunder backfield. He and Davis are building a 2 deep OL. Our offense will resemble Georgia's and Ole Miss next year. If we should get the QB from Michigan in 2025 than maybe a return to a more QB oriented offense.

Nice get Kelly even though many here think you suck at recruiting

What's this supposed to mean? Already writing Nuss off? Already writing the receiver room off?

Brad Davis has been building the engine that is going to run this high octane offense for years with his recruiting on the Oline

Why can’t LSU have a QB oriented offense with an elite offensive line?

Who said I was writing Nuss and the recievers off other than you? Sorry amigo but Nuss aint Joe Burrow or JD but who is. Just because I said we will run more doesn't mean we wont throw the rock. Of course we will but our strength next year won't be because we have the next Joe Burrow or JD. You are dreaming if you think Nuss or Collins is that. The fact that Kelly went out and got Swann from Vandy should tell you he is not super comfortable with our QB room.

A loaded oline brings in running backs and qb’s. QBs bring in wide receivers. Our offense is set for years.

When Burrow left many said we would never see another. I said we’d see multiple in the next 20 years. And four years later we’ve seen one more. Joe Burrow and Jayden Daniels are great QBs but they are not GOATs. Guys like Unitas, Starr, Staubach, Moon, Manning (Archie) would have been at least as good in these offenses with these ridiculous flag football rules.

I’ve seen 50 QBs as good as Burrow and Daniels in my half century of watching football. We’ll see plenty more.

What’s your reasoning for saying this? Before this last season many fans wanted Nuss to start above jd.

I remember when people complained that he didn’t instantly turn around the 21 OL without even having a spring practice with them. Look at him now. He’s a fricking killer on the trail. We are at up to have the best OLs at LSU in the last 20 years the next 2-3 seasons.
