He probably micromanaged which is a bad way to manage almost all the time. Great coaches surround themselves with great minds and know if things are working or not. That's something Miles couldn't do because he was never honest with himself.
It seems O has learned that and it can take him to success.

The program has a different swag since O took the helm...if your not behind him and you don't see that there's room on other teams band wagons. Talks doom and gloom shite is tired and not the kinda thing coach O represents...the guys not coming to just win a few games and rest on his resume...he's coming to dominate. Nomatter what you think of his past he is way better from being under Pete at USC ....it's every fans choice on how they root for their team but I feel sorry for the fans that are to stubborn to not enjoy what is about to happen all because they are tainted by old media views that they feel make them look like an educated fan. Coach O is a force and players play their hearts out for him....that's not always the case with half the roster eyeing the NFL.

The guy put out a burning shite fire...with a fill in OC that hasn't done it in a decade. We went toe to toe wth bama and it's only up from here. We set records every game that wasn't against a defense that is the best in the game. Sad that some of you can't see it, you guys must be miserable to be around.

When he got to Ole Miss they were horrible. When he left they were in a lot better shape.

Serious arguments can be made that CSE has earned the OC job if he wants it. I would rather see an up and coming aggressive OC come to town but you absolutely can't argue with the results and school records that have been set with a O that has been geared up to sit on leads for a decade now.
