By many do you mean one or two?

The mission trips to Honduras and Mexico have huge numbers. I don't know how many football players go each year, but a good percentage of the high school travels at some point in there 4 years...something most high schools, and even colleges, fail to do.

I really don't think that many students go. And I can't think of football players that went while I was there. Maybe 1 or 2.

Or Chris Williams - a first-round NFL pick from Vanderbilt - also from CHS.

My brother went to one in Mexico that was a bus full of people. I don't think he did it through CHS but he still did it nonethless. I had friends in my class go on mission work through Catholic-High Point Coupee one year.

Everyone may not go through CHS, but a good number still go nonetheless. I don't know the number of football players that do them, never really cared.

All but 2 of Catholic's players who were offered by LSU, signed with LSU. The ones who are not offered by LSU, sign with Stanford, Rice, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, Texas and Tulane because those are good schools, not because the player went on a mission trip to Honduras.

Hopefully Zach is tougher than his brother. He obviously has more talent. Everyone has service hours to do the summer between jr and sr year. How they do them is up to that person. I coached flag football, basketball, and soccer.

Why didn't Zach play against Dutchtown? I thought he did pretty good against Jesuit. Does the coach see something I don't?

Dutchtown did not dominate. Scored on a Trick Play, and the other touchdown by Youk on a long run. Yes, York is a big back, but in no way did Dutchtown look impressive offensively or defensively. Catholic moved the ball, play calling inside the 5 (twice) killed Catholic.

Small line, no passing game, they will not go far this year at all.

Just for your information, Dutchtown didn't score on a trick play. It was an audible at the line when the reciever noticed he was uncovered. And as far as the defense goes, I think 8 quarters unscored on speaks for itself. The QB for Catholic is a good athlete. He is just young. I think the future for Catholic is looking good, and I am no Catholic fan.

Dutchtown, will not go far at all in the playoffs. The defense is extreemly Suspect.

The play was a trick play, the wide receiver lined up 2 years from the sideline (hidden).
