Can we quit the “insider” talk?

We’re all the last to know and have been for a very long time and we’re the suckers who keep eating it up. “Well that’s recruiting”.
No Shea bashing allowed #1. SirRohan is the King
Shea is awesome because of what he said about me when he wasn’t “working” and I know he will see this and that meant so much to me as someone who is super appreciative of him.
LSU doesn’t have them in this day and age. They may break a story about an imminent commitment but the tea leaves are already there.
There’s On3 RPM & 247 crystal balls that lead up to a commitment which we can all see via IG, X or a text sent through someone with an account.
Whenever an insider posts something it hits an IG page or X page within minutes. Let’s understand the day and age we live in and that this is just recruiting.

I think it’s great we all hold onto hope and that makes me happy. But this board would be nothing if not for rumors and speculation.

Yeah Cap I think we haven't had any real insiders post coach O. Honestly I think this is a good thing. Everyone says Texas insiders know things and we all know a big part of Texas problems is having too many chefs in the kitchen. I think LSU keeping things tight lipped is the way to go. Also it makes for some nice surprises and fun decoding of the Wilson tweets lol

There are a few reporters that I tend to take a little more seriously because they tend to wait until they have a little more certainty than many of the "hot-take" artists. That also means they are usually later in breaking stories but also right more often than not. Just how it is now.

Ruffino doesn't fake knowing everything and is upfront about if what he's saying is speculation or what he's hearing but he definitely does have a decent feel for whats going on the majority of the time around the program. He's been saying he would be shocked if we landed any of the big Defensive linemen in the portal this year and it wasn't looking very promising. But thats about as insider as it gets these days.
