I think Nuss has better film. Williams looks like he holds on to the ball too long and waits for receivers to get open and Nuss seems to be more cerebral with a bigger arm. Williams can run much better though.
This coming from an arm chair qb, but I have watched a lot of film of both. I personally think Nuss will be a better qb.
