I thought he was joking and made a smart arse comment. I feel horrible about it. The way he just threw it out there in the middle of a recruiting thread didn't make it seem real.

I'm surprised at the amount of folks on here that don't know what technology is capable of. You can play video games by just blowing and sucking air into a device. Steven Hawking didn't move an inch and could have full conversations through a computer.

I’m fully aware of amputee technology, most of which takes time to master. It was a logical question as to how he is doing it. Everyone here is apparently to much of a puss to read a message board question and not get offended for someone else. I’m sure if he did not want attention, or questions asked then he wouldn’t have made it public to begin with. You can be sympathetic and ask questions at the same time.

Three days later I woke up. The first thing the doctor told me when he came in was he only heard of a handful of cases like mine and I was the only one to survive it. It’s an every day struggle relying on other people to take care of you. Again thank you for your prayers and for those of you who don’t believe it happened this is the honest truth

Man, this hit me hard. Cadello has always been one of the knowledgeable posters on this board. Especially when the recruiting board was created.
