All of you clowns that don’t follow recruiting, need to wait until a class officially finishes before making such ridiculous and extreme statements.
LSU now has 11 of the top 12 in the state of Louisiana.
LSU is tied for the most 4* recruits in the country.
Some Tiger pledges will get bumps ala Trey’Dez Green to a 5* etc.
Last year Whit Weeks was ranked around the 400th-500th best player in America when he committed to LSU. Whit Weeks finished a top 100 prospect.
Cohen Echols, Dominick McKinley, Terry Bussey is next.
Oh yeah, LSU is still A&M’s Father.

Aggie's best chance to ever do anything in this sport is during this wild west era when you can buy players.
They've never, ever come close to assembling a roster like they have once they could pay them more than anyone else.
And even then, they completely squandered it.

If Kelly gets bussey then I’ll say he can recruit. I miss being in battle for top recruits with Bama/georgia instead we get 3 stars with little to no battles.

All the haters are really running out of things to bitch about.
The only thing they have left is a championship. After 2025, that'll no longer be an option and they'll need to be put on watch.

Rivals says McKinley is the #2 player in the state and #3 DL in the country. #55 overall player in the country.
And he did have an Alabama offer, according to Rivals, along with FSU and others.
But you still don’t think this is a big recruiting win?

Go out and win the battle for bussey, all the SEC sharks are after. I’m happy we got McKinley but come on he’s a top prospect in our own state we should get him. Go get a 5 star from another star THEN I’ll say Kelly can recruit with the best. Geaux get bussey and keep that 5 star wr from Texas and get underwood then we will be cooking. And stop losing players like Derek Williams and Wardell Mack at positions of need.

This right here ends the thread. No LSU coach has done this I recall. We’ve hemorrhaged top players forever.
Huge change locking down a talent rich state. Need to keep it that way going forward.
