Bullet Dodged - Justin Watkins Arrested

The incident occurred last Friday (May 4) afternoon at Vanguard High School in Ocala, Fla. The probable cause affidavit from Ocala Police states that Watkins and a female student at the high school had been in a verbal altercation at a residence. Watkins then took her phone and drove away, and she followed him. They both pulled into a gas station, when Watkins exited his car and threw her phone on the ground, shattering the screen.
The female then drove to the school, with Watkins, who does not attend Vanguard HS, following her and parking his SUV behind her car in the student parking lot.
The police report goes on to say that according to video surveillance at the school, Watkins can be seen kicking her car multiple times and attempting to take the air out of one of the tires. The officer reports being advised that there was no damage to the car.

It's clear he has a self awareness problem. Kid saw something in her phone his heart couldn't take. And acted on his emotions.My advice learn to control your emotions,and save that anger for the field. Good luck to the kid.

Hopefully this was a one time thing where he just lost his cool over a girl and not the beginning of a lifetime of shitty behavior. The fact this was a prolonged affair in which he had plenty of time to cool off and stop leads to believe it is the latter.
