Cant believe everyone freaked out about this, him pushing it back a few days is not being undecided and listening more to A&M. This is more of a everything wasnt ready for today's commitment ceremony.

If he was really listening to A&M and any pu$h there he would have pushed this back way more than 5 days guys.

A&M wanted him to push it back. So that means had he kept the date it was all LSU. Going to come down to dollars and I'm curious how far either school is going to go.

Is it really that hard to conceptualize that his recruitment will at least run into mid December? There isn’t some special cutoff date to get him money lol.

Him, Collins and Sampson are all friends, I wouldnt worry about a commitment being pushed back 5 days at all, this is just silly from this site

Things werent ready for today and Collins announces Wednesday so Jackson is pushing things to the weekend. He's not going to trample on his buddy's mid-week commitment if everything gets taken care of for his ceremony today or tomorrow.

It's basically Spiegs saying that A&M was pushing and 247 saying that isn't the case at all right?

Sonny said before Speigs article came out that you will hear a lot of last minute Texas A&M push but block the noise and they he felt real good about Jackson and LSU.

Spiegs never said he pushed his commitment back due to A&M today. He said previously, well before today, he expected A&M to make a push and that could change Jackson's plans. A change of 5 days isn't a changing of the plans the other direction. It's because his video wasnt ready for today right now (Still editing). Which means a video already got filmed, and people know what that video has on it.

“…They’re making it close, so I think I’m gonna push it back a few days just to be fully sure of what I wear I really want to go.”

He’s not making it seems as if the delay was a result of not having the ceremony in order. He is saying that he is pushing it back because he’s not completely sure where he wants to go.
No reason to panic at all but, at the very least, him pushing it back isn’t the best news for lsu.

Yeah of course he's going to build up drama.

The issue reported by pay site mods is simply due to everything not being ready today for the ceremony. They know of the video that was already filmed, so they know the choice on it...

All of them are still saying they are keeping their LSU picks, so what does that tell you?

They shouldn't have put this out on the 5th

The On3 Consensus‘ No. 11-ranked safety has been eyeing a commitment date for August 8. However, as he and his family move closer to crunch time, it is becoming a very tight race between a pair of SEC West foes: LSU and Texas A&M.

What makes you think I didn't know this? I'm obviously talking about his commitment in this scenario. It's well known nothing is official until the dotted line is signed and in the new era it extends after that, but a verbal commitment isn't completely meaningless.

LSU stepped their NIL game up big time as soon as legislation stopped handicapping it. Bids will go into December. No university has anything to gain to keep bidding players up they'll just wait until the last minute. I will be curious to see who stays and who goes.
