3- 5 stars
15- 4 stars
5- 3 stars
That’s a great class. We were expected to sign 3 five stars a month ago. We signed 3 five stars. I actually prefer oline to QB since Thomas will be a stud from day 1 most likely. We got our shutdown corner. And our elite RB. Nothing to complain about at all especially with a good chance of getting nuss back and having a solid transfer class. Good job coaches, keep up the GREAT work

will we have to recruit them again after next year?

Love the class - still wish Phillips and Underwood kept their commitments. However, we will move forward and be fine.

Very very good by all accounts
I hope we can close with more LSU level talent
our problem the last 3 seasons is LSU has some bright spots and too many spots that don't look and feel like LSU talent level
it's about recruiting...
we don't have the NIL money some schools are willing to spend
hoping for the best
I don't think you can sacrifice your program to chase or two 5star guys
willl build too much resentment if an upproven guy gets paid much more than others
what a tough deal with coaches

It’s objectively a really fricking good class. 3 5 stars any year is about all you can ask for. Anything over 12 4 stars is really good.
Would have been absolutely elite if Philips and underwood didn’t flip.

Les and Ed both signed some great classes, but it seems they weren't as balanced as this one.

And one of those 4 stars... Curne, will be a 5 star when they update their rankings. Still not finished yet neither. 2 more it sounds like

Yes. We will have to recruit every kid every year. It’s the new era of college football and we just need to get onboard with it.

Carius Curne will be a 5 star for the last On3 evaluation.
Will be:
4- 5 stars
14- 4 stars

Great class. Could have been something extremely special if Underwood and Phillips stayed committed. And add ontop of that Moore and that class would have probably gone down as the best signing LSU ever had.

Kelly said he plans to sign about 25-27 new HS recruits. As of now it's 23 total. So he's pursuing couple more. Overall an excellent class. Maybe we will end up ranked from #9 to #6/#7. Then he will work on the transfer portal.

While certainly a solid class, It does leave a gaping hole at QB and some work to do a WR
For us to have a realistic shot at the playoffs next year we must retain Nuss or get a solid starter thru the portal along with WR help.
With the exception of the uncertainty at those two positions, as of today, we are in a better position talent wise going into next season than we were at this point at the end of last year.

Every school will, ever year, from here on out...

Looks like one might be a long snapper from Episcopal

If we got underwood we don’t get Thomas. We have a budget
