I’d be surprised if emery doesn’t test the nfl waters, and I’m expecting one back to transfer after the spring. With that said I’m surprised we took two backs too. They probably just think that highly of goodwin

This is some weird logic. Next year, assuming nobody transfers it changes position, we'll have 3 juniors, one sophomore and 2 freshmen

But 3 of them will be NFL draft eligible. Not saying any are ready for the NFL but often times RB's go after 3 years if there is any chance to get drafted as there is not the premium on the RB position in the modern NFL. Average tenure for an NFL back is I think about 3 to 4 years.

I'd expect TDP and Emery to go after year 3 based on shelf life at that position. That leaves Curry possibly, Bradford, Goodwin, and Kiner for 2022 season plus any freshmen we will sign.
