Crowd sourcing is the answer for NIL. It doesn't take much contributions by sports fans but gets them involved in directly supporting their teams instead of only expecting good results. If 100,000 die-hard fans contribute $10 a month or 1 million people in the state pay $1 a month that is enough to pay 100 players $10,000 a month and should put all division I schools in play and equal footing.
