Everyone I know that is from Louisiana; especially south Louisiana, is a die hard LSU fan and would never even consider going to a school like Bama. So how do kids from as close as Baton Rouge go to Bama? I'm having a hard time with this considering that LSU is just outside of elite status, and the only major difference between the two programs is in the trenches. We get some elite big uglies and we'll be able to compete with them and the hardware will come with it. To me personally I just want a chance to earn it if I'm them.

Millennials..............That is all.

If you are talking about actual student athletes it is Gen Z now, not Millennials. The youngest Milleannial athletes are not in college any more except for a few and none are recruits. As far as the coaches and parents, some are the older Millennials and most Gen Xers. So it is not really generational. It is social media manipulation more than what generations think.

Whooping our A$$, Championships, Saban, Scott Cochran, and coaching!

We have had ton of skilled players go into the NFL lately. When you take a look at the trenches, its hard to ignore the fact that we havent had many 1st or 2nd draft picks from our Defensive or Offensive Line in the last 5 or 6 years. Prior to Devin White, the only recent high round linebackers we've had were Debo (2016) and Minter (2013) who were both taken in the 2nd round.

Thats why kids like Cam Robinson, Moses, and Sopher leave to go to Bama. Bama usually have at least one projected 1st round pick every draft from their offensive line, defensive line, and at linebacker.

Quinnen Williams was a middle of the pack 4-star, 20th rated DT coming out of HS. One solid season in Tuscaloosa tuned him into a top 5 pick. You cant ignore that stuff.
