I think more than half the battle in college basketball is recruiting. If we can continue to bring in this type of talent, we'll win some games. How many is yet to be determined but we went to a Final Four with John Brady so anything is possible.

This would be very big news, and since he isn't going around on official visits the past few weeks like a lot of top recruits, there is no reason to doubt he will be a Tiger next year.
This team has no depth at the 4/5 right now, but Martin should help from Day 1.

Well, it's not out of the question, but he eliminated UCLA and Louisville off his lists. Considering he hasn't taken any officials and has visited Baton Rouge the most, you have to like our chances.

This news is gonna make my day go by so much faster! I have a feeling if we get Martin, we are looking at a tournament team next year. Honestly this class will be as important to LSU as the class of 04 that had Big Baby, Tyrus Thomas, and Garrett Temple.
And this class will be twice as important as that one... Honestly showing fans, recruits, and players that LSU is here to be a player in the SEC basketball scene. I am thrilled, especially with the season about to begin. I will not be missinga game for a long time.

Other than being a hardcore, cold-blooded scoring machine? Not much.
Pretty sure he hasn't set any officials yet, and probably will be a (spring) signing day announcement. Read quotes from him about Florida, A&M, Arizona and SMU so far. I'm sure between Robert Kirby and David Patrick, we'll be in Dallas frequently. Gotta get this kid in for an official at least.
