Mike Bianco explicitly said he did not want to coach his children

I find it comical that there has been significant doubt that Ausberry was coming to LSU for years now and some people are still shocked. Believe it or not, growing in Baton Rouge then deciding to spend the next 4 years in the same exact city is way less appealing than going elsewhere.

Verge should have been fired last year and one of the reasons why he wasn’t was so his kids would come play for LSU. well if that isn’t happening then time to fire him. He knew about domestic abuse and did nothing. He is a classless man who obviously can’t even tell his own child to go to LSU. not someone we need anywhere near the program. Ed O knows where the bodies are and he got fired.

Mature kids do what’s best for the family.
The fact that he didn’t says a lot.
How is it bad for the family if he goes to Auburn?

He’s not that good anyway

This is straight up bizarre and not the real world. Do people really think shite works this way? It's not the mafia.
I don't think Verge is on as shaky ground as you think either. They wouldn't have included him on the Kelly plane photos if he was.

"knowing where the bodies are buried" is such a retarded take but it's not surprising. If Verge wants to burn down his Alma mater because he got caught up doing shady shite and needs to find a new gig then frick him. That's called extortion.

We've seen quite a few of these kids from U high leave town over the years so it's not that surprising. We'll probably get a few CB's from the portal who can provide immediate help next year and try to keep Welch.

Yeah. People melting over this confuses me. God forbid someone wants to experience something different in their lives.

U Lab... those guys never stay on campus. I'm surprised he's not going to the other Alabama school.

Yep Verge should 100 percent be fired today

You don't call going to every event LSU had building a relationship???? Let their dad and both of them go to Auburn.

You never heard of loyalty either??? Went to everything LSU ever had and goes somewhere else? He can take his brother and dad with him.

My U High friends all wanted to leave the state. It's just the culture at that school. Not sure how you combat that.

Well, look at it this way:
Most people say that the younger brother is significantly better than the older brother. If the older brother ends up being a bust, it's better for him to be a bust at Auburn where LSU can say to the younger brother "he left home and look what happened, you need to stay home", rather than for him to be a bust at LSU and eliminate you from having any shot at the younger one.
