LINK sucks to lose him. Hopefully we can get Logan and Farrell to come back so we can have some veteran experience and depth on the DLine.

Roy and Masson Smith will anchor that defensive line for years to come.

Yea but you need depth and experience as well and Logan and Farrell are 2 guys that have won, started, and played well in a lot of big games for LSU. Depth on the lines is extremely important.

I'm happy for Ika. Not his fault he got pushed out by the scheme.

Sell a kid to play in a certain defense he may actually want to play in that defense.

I think He would have been better even at 360 than what we got from Logan but I cant Say he’s a great fit for a team Who doesn’t use a NT

Good for him. He's a prototypical 3-4 NG and got screwed by the coordinator change. Not his fault and people shitting on him are dumbasses. He would have never come here if he knew they were switching to 4-3.

I wouldn't like rhe guy who benched me for no good reason either. One of the worst things to happen this year was the chasing off of Ika IMO.

The coaches quit on him you moron. He didn't play a single snap against mizzou in game 3 while being available and played a whopping 13 garbage snaps against USC the following game and when he went to confront them about this they gave BS reasons so he said bye. You can't possibly blame him 1 bit, he was our best interior dlineman early on this season and played a ton on a national championship team.

I'll bet money none of the players eligible come back after seeing how the other players tanked in stock. Cox, Gaye, etc. all gone even if it doesn't make sense.

Don't think it matters on offensive or defensive side. LSU has a culture problem that won't fix itself in a few months. I think part of their problem is how they're recruiting and they're not doing a good enough job looking at the character or selling a better culture to LSU. It's come here play 3. When they don't get to play immediately, they quit. Any sniffing of the NFL they gone. Look at how Alabama sells their recruits. They want championships and team commitment that's why they got NFL guys coming back their senior years.

Their recruiting philosophy needs to change and they need to do a better job pinning down Louisiana from places like Bama. It should not be difficult to sell recruits we can build what Bama has if you commit to it. 4 NC appearances in 17 years with 3 championship in the middle of a dynasty for Bama is not exactly a bad thing. In fact, if you look at the history even with Miles here LSU could've been close to a dynasty if Saban wasn't at Bama.
