All of the "yeah, a 3 star" baws......

Save the "lol, 3 star...binder....." bullshite. Not one flipping "3 star poster baw" has supported their snide 3 star remarks with valuable context. I.E. film evaluation, real world evaluation, comprehensive ranking of recruiting services, any kind of evaluation. Give us your true evals of each kid's talent/film/potential output rather than "lol, 3 star" shite, its old and played.
Chicken, with the launch of the new format, start a "negatiger recruiting board" thread. Long overdue.
And bring the noise, I'd be happy to compare notes with you shitbirds.

I don't even think there is very many 5* players anyway right now. Most of the kids get awarded their 4th or 5th star at mid to end of the season.

Why would you care to read a bunch of evaluations from posters on a message board that are less qualified to evaluate recruits than the recruiting services ranking them?
If there is to be some sort of credible heiarchy on evaluating talent, wouldn't it look something like this:
Coaches
Recruiting services
Sports message board posters

It's because of quantity not necessarily quality.
They use an algorithm that gives more weight at the top of the class and significantly less weight as you get toward the bottom of the class. For example, AJ Carter leaving only dropped our class score about 1 point (from 237.xx to 236.xx, I don't remember the exact decimals). You can take away our lowest 6 commitments and we would still be fourth. This would give us 15 commitments and the average number of commitments for the top five, excluding LSU, is 15.5.
Of course, this really doesn't mean shite because taking away our 6 lowest ranked recruits would remove Nelson Jenkins, who just showed out at the opening final and is probably about to get a significant bump.
Bottom line...class size doesn't play much of a factor in the 247 class rankings and it's way too early to care about that shite anyway.

There are 25 5* on 247, and 26-332 is rated 4*...
