Nard Dog was a terrible character on one of the greatest TV shows ever. What a horrible choice in user names.

Plot twist: Bama paid Tyler Taylor to steal the guns to do in Kaho's aunt and uncle.

This makes perfect sense. Reno - Seattle is 700 Miles. Reno - Tuscaloosa is 2200 Miles.

I look at this through the "he might've screwed himself" lens. Let's say he is mediocre and then next year he is processed.

word is his parents went through a messy divorce, along with a couple of relatives dying. His dad is going to move to Alabama with him. Close to family

Sounds like since his dad has the money to just up and move across country to Alabama, he could’ve just moved to Washington to be with his son instead. Much shorter trip.

And there is the truth, all family issues just make for a nice angle.

Exactly. His dad wanted him at Bama and wanted to move away from his estranged wife. Saban makes a few calls and replaces the LB that just got kicked out. All's well in the gump universe.

Win at all cost. I swear Saban sold his soul to the devil years ago

Sorry you don't build a dynasty this day and age and I mean the last 10 years without playing shady as shady can be. Not with all the other Power 5 schools that are trying to keep up and can barely do so. I'm talking the Ohio St's, Clemson's, recently Georgia, the LSU's, etc!!!

I don't care how great of a coach he is. It's damn near impossible to do so in today's world. Maybe back years ago in the Bear days when barely anything was regulated or policed but then again it doesn't seem to be policed today, not when it comes to Alabama(Emmert) anyway!

Dad wanted him at Bama the whole time.

Kaho needed to take a foreign language class to qualify for UW before enrolling, but he committed to UW anyways knowing that he would have to take a summer class. This gave the opportunity for his dad to continue to push Bama since he never enrolled at UW. Kaho passed the class but then his family submitted a request for a release to his LOI 2 days before training camp. His dad ("anonymous family source") went to the Seattle Times with a story for people to sympathize for Kaho the same day they filed a request for his release. What else is Petersen supposed to do in that situation but grant it?

Kaho's dad has been going through a divorce since last spring. He got desperate enough for money recently that he was calling up the parents of other UW class of 2018 recruits asking for money. They reported it to the UW compliance office.

Not difficult to put two and two together. Dad got what he wanted. Kaho wanted to stay at UW.

NCAA should be dismantled regardless. It's long overdue. It is a corrupt organization that plays heavy favorites and doesn't do anything except step on the programs they hand pick to step on. They will never investigate Alabama, Notre Dame and some other favorites.

Bring on bidding for recruits in the open on national signing day and just be done with it.
