do bama fans not realize that when these kids get their scholarships taken away some of them cant afford to continue going to school there? are they proud of the fact that they could be ruining these kids future by doing this?

In updated enrolled rivals rankings they only list 26 of the 32 signees making it on campus. Maybe they knew the baseball talent were signing contracts all along. Recruiting those kids does have its advantages in setting up future contacts. You can build relationships with local coaches and create a buzz for your program with local kids that look up to those athletes. Stirring the pot to get the national media talking about the recruiting class ranking too, imo probably a combo of all factors. But when you trying to rebuild a program that was horrible for 10+ years I guess you use all the tools you can.

These kids have been with Bama for 2-3 years, probably close to earning their degree, busting thier butts for the team. That's not good enough, we're pulling your scholly and giving to someone else.

If ruining a kids future by pulling his scholly for a freshmen doesn't sour kids on Saban keeping his commitments--as if Saban has a problem with commitment--then I don't know what will. Sounds like Littly Nicky and the rest of the Bammers are giving recruiting points to other coaches.
