A&M lands another 5 star DL....

What the hell is going on over there? Flipped Brownlow from OU.
They're now in position for the #1 class for 2022. Not going to lie...it's frustrating as hell watching such a mediocre program and divisional rival recruit at a level like this.
It's no coincidence they somehow start recruiting like this after NIL goes into effect.

They are in position for 7 of the top 14 kids overall. Not sure that's ever happened

They’re tired of losing and realized they have more money than anyone. Putting tons of cash in these kids pockets and hiding it through NIL. Why else would kids from all over the country have any interest in going to school in college station playing for a middle of the road program?

It stings and is more aggravating considering it seems our recruiting is at a straight standstill because of the coaching change/Nil/our staff unknowns/our HC not having a single one on one yet or even going to a playoff game around to meet any prospects? it's getting frustrating because(I get it that we need to nail our assistants but goddammit get it done already)if we are gonna build our roster back it'll be through recruiting and every class is important

I didnt expect hirings overnight, but he really needs to put this staff together soon because ESD is quickly approaching and we haven't made a single hire. We are losing ground on these recruits.

Usually a coach will bring at least 2 or 3 coaches with them.
Elston not coming hurt.
He is a great recruiter and coach.
Brown-dinlow had arse&m in his top 2. It does suck that they have such a good class.

You know, NIL is actually a time machine back to the days teams like A&M, Kentucky, and others were good and would pay players. Amazing how we have gone backwards through time.
