Would you want your heterosexual male football player to play football at a college with cheerleaders that look like this?

Jacoby Matthews wanted to play at LSU but it sounds like it was a bidding war and Kelly got out of that. Jacoby would be perfect in our secondary right now.

McKinley said he 100% Aggies. Check off the list.
Elijah Robinson should be a higher priority than McKinley. Dude can recruit and the aggy d line is formidable.

I agree. Also think staff has moved on.

I’ve never known a mass exodus in these situations.

LSU was a mass exodus 2 years ago

Is it him or Aggie cash that’s recruiting?
Not saying he’s not good at his job, but all I hear is how much money they are spreading around.

If he was other worldly as a coach/recruiter, someone would have certainly scooped him up as a coordinator. The kids he’s coaching are mostly out of state guys who were paid outrageous amounts of cash when NIL was first legalized.

LSU takes care of their own. There have been plenty of talented LSU players that have had career ending injuries, only to have our Alumni network help them fulfill their dreams in endeavors beyond football.
I'm not even talking about the do-nothing sales positions where they make 150k a year and just take out clients, wear their SEC or National Championship rings.
Take Craig Loston for example. He had the worst turf toe I've ever seen. His big toe would swell up to the size of a friggin grapefruit. He got a little bit of run with Jacksonville as a free agent, but I don't think he was in the league long enough to get retirement benefits.
Nowadays, he runs a non-profit facility for youths with substance abuse and mental health issues and makes a real difference in the Houston community where he's from, and much of the backing for that came from our alumni network, and there's many, many other similar examples. If you ever go on their website, everything is in purple and gold.
Going to LSU is a 40 year decision, not a 4 year one. All these Louisiana guys would do well to come home, even if it is only for one year. We take care of our own.
ETA Loston's Facility is called Steps toward the Future. A shoutout is well deserved. I have so much respect for people who earnestly try to make their communities, and the world a better place.
i coached Loston, I pushed him to LSU everyday... he loved it there and he was a fantastic kid to be around...

I loved watching #6 Loston play. He was a real slobber knocker. God bless him and the work of his hands.

He had theco-dc title at a&m. That is about the best you can hope for as a dt coach.
Hoe many dt coaches make the jump to coordinator in the sec

They gave him the title to retain him on their staff and give him a bump in pay. He’s not calling the defense. If he’s that great at development and recruiting, someone will poach him from A&M. He doesn’t have to stay in the SEC to be a DC. Staying on as their DL coach forever is not likely his career goal.

Wouldn’t surprise me if he went to be a HC at a smaller school this offseason

I think they all have been trolling for recruiting hype. I’d be shocked to see any of them flip to LSU
I think Miller and Reliford end up as Tigers. Bussey, who knows.
Haven't seen him mentioned as much, but I'd love to see a full press on trying to steal Blake Ivy too. Would be as good an O-line haul as any recent class.

Anyone hearing Dre'lon Miller might not be visiting for A&M game?
